@MrKareItjeW How much would it cost to have you build me one? And have it shipped to the US? Like a rough estimate?

I'M THROWING MY MONEY AT THE SCREEN, BUT IT'S NOT DOING ANYTHING D:

good job;-) the reason i never bought any of the Cintiq models is simply the huge co$t. I worked professionally in CG & animation studios, so, THOSE folks can afford CINTIQs but it's ridiculous
that WACOM won't make an affordable, toned-down version for artists & kids;
THUS, i'm searching new tablet-PC's out there.
i bet WACOM will loose money in the longterm to tablet makers.
Sheez, what's their rational : it seems greedy.
The future is clearly to draw & paint ON screen: AFFORDABLY.

But, can you use the pressure sensitive of the tablet???

@ojosdeRAEH Yes the tablet function just the same with the screen as without.

You used up 3000 dollars to make it, why, you could have bought the 21 inch cintiq. I'm baffled.

@Ryuuken24 math isn't my strongest point but 25 + 75 + 170 + 25 295 euros which is less than 3000 dollars.

@MrKareltjeW I was just making a point! You're not counting the shipping cost of these items, neither the taxation. The end cost isn't cheap either, you gather the shipping cost + the end result, you could have gone for a current tablet model with higher specs, which by the by are out there already, like the bosto 19 inch tablet. But making things is fun, even though sometime they don't make much sense. Cheers!

@Ryuuken24 Hmm we spend around 20 euros in total in shipping. The only major cost is fabrication I guess. But still 3000 euros or 350 is quite the difference. I used the 15" Cintiq and doesn't make any difference in use. An indeed making stuff is fun.
