Zhaxi Dele by Sunling School of Dance

Zhaxi Dele (meaning Auspicious Tibetan Welcome). Tibet dance from 2010 recital. It was originally choreographed by Zhang JiGang (who choreographed Thousand Handed Bodhisattva dance), but my teacher modified many parts of the dance to accommodate for our lack of dancers.

Note: This is not meant to be a political statement of any kind. Please refrain from saying things like how we're suppressing the Tibetans and Tibet should be free. That's a discussion for another time and place, not here. Chinese dance is something I love to do. You can label the dance however you want, it doesn't change the fact that my classmates and I try to do our best and it's something we all love to do.
