I have a problem with your partner on the ground, he throws his elbow into your hip, and you say this is normal, and you don't want it. I never see that move. Because 1 that guy just gave you a massive shoulder lock, and all you do is grab his wrist, leave his arm and elbow there, if he pushes you he hurts himself more. I like the video, but the guy on the ground putting his forearm and elbow in that position is very bad...very very bad. Some competitions do not allow shoulder locks however

#5 is the only viable option IMHO. The others are great if your opponent is weaker than you or around your strength level. I did like them all though.

This says a lot (of good) about your experience as a teacher, and you as a person.
This is a sentence I'd like to ear much more on youtube instructional.
