  • BOV means blow off valve

  • Are the stock diverter valves solenoid or vacuum operated? Just curious as I drive a MKV GTI and ours are controlled by the ecu. Lucky you guys can vent to atmosphere. With our engine management system, we have to recirc or our maf fucks everything up and we run dirty rich between shifts.

  • @UpstateEG51 I'm pretty sure its vacuum operated.

  • BOV conversion (damn iPhone)

  • Mopar bob coversion can be found on the mopar site am cost me like $40-$60 I think. Invest in a 10mm ratchet wrench and some patience :)

  • All turbo cars have a bov and wastegate...The Mopar BOV is a conversion to vent to the atmosphere ratherthnqn back in the engine.

  • @UpstateEG51 Diverter valve is what we call our blow off valves. Just another name like dump valve, bypass valve, yada yada.
