punch-buggy red= slug bug, or a game when you punch someone every time you see a Volkswagen Beatle (red in this case)

Pediddle: similar to punch-buggy but it’s when a car has a broken head light.

let’s go get a 64: type of drink (MGD 64)

or at least that was my interpretation of the lyrics. :)
