  • @ThePHILIPANSELMO (cont.) began around 3,500 B.C. These "new age" believers attribute this to "intelligent design" from Sumerian space gods, rather than evolution or another mainstream religion (various forms of Christianity, Islam, Judaism, Eastern religions, etc.).   • @ThePHILIPANSELMO (cont.) "lesser" gods to watch over the humans. The "lesser" gods rebelled because they didn't agree with human slavery. Anyway in the end, there was a great "flood" which was supposed to destroy the human culture (but it didn't work, some survived.) After all of this, the "space" gods were never heard from again. This doesn't sound remarkable except for the fact that modern humans existed for about 200,000 yrs. as primitive tribes. Then this civilzation, the first one, (cont.)

  • @ThePHILIPANSELMO I'm not saying I believe them, but they base their beliefs off of ancient stone inscriptions found in Iraq. This region was once home to two ancient empires/cultures: Assyrians in the north, Babylonians in the south. Before this, the region was home to the ancient Sumerian Culture. The inscriptions are about this period. They are earily similiar to ancient Biblical Genesis stories except for the fact that the stories describe "space" gods which created humans and (cont.)
