she's amazing :D but man...it must suck to be nominated so many times and never win (except for once of course, sophies choice). She probably doesn't even care anymore when her name gets called. i want her to actually win again!! that'd be the greatest acceptance speech of all time--she's had 30 years to practice haha

Susan Sarandon had long waited to win but I don't want to think of that reason on why she bagged it anyway.
But Meryl deserved it more than anyone for her breathtaking performance in BOMC. It's one of Oscar's biggest mistake ever. . .

man, i remember watching oscar awards wherein Meryl was nominated in bridges of madison county which is one of her best films and i was sooo mad when instead it went to susan sarandon (though i thought she was good in dead man walking) but i was rooting for Meryl at the time...;-)
I will be the happiest if she ever wins again in the future!!!

I love how Meryl reacts everytime her name was called and a clip of her nominated film being played during award ceremonies. She should have won more than Oscars had given her! :-D
