Although our recent event at Pamplin Grove was heavily laden with outdoor cast iron cooking, this video is features the use of an underground pit barbeque.
On Meat-N-Greet Day we barbeque up 175 lbs. of beef using oak, madrone and manzanita hardwoods. Campers prepare other foods in camp style dutch ovens and at the end of the day, everyone gathers near the cookshack for a grand feast.
