cant u just put the emitters and the yellow key and the green key just on the zero, which just switches something on to start going up in the tens (i e first 0 would emit a 0 the next a 1 then next a 2 and so on...

I'm not sure exactly what you are trying to say but I have a much better counter on my moon, it is called something like "a better counter"
