Are drones good or bad? Drones have killed 20 al Qaeda leaders and up to 600 militants since 2006. They have also killed up to 300 plus innocent civilians. Is it ok to kill innocent civilians? If drones are so good at killing al Qaeda, why do we need more troops in Afghanistan to do the same thing. With national security law experts Matthew Waxman of Columbia Law School, an advisor to Rumsfeld and Rice, and Samuel Rascoff of New York University Law School, an advisor to NYC on terrorism. James Goodale, former Vice Chairman of The New York Times, hosts. 11/8/09
