Amen, well said, I simply couldn't agree more. Bravo, Bravo. Afterall, why should all the hard, work ethics and values be instilled in vain??? She'll never be left alone. Even her brother flew over from Kansas to spend her yesterday 86th birthday w/ her. Even, I, myself shall try finding out if there's anything I can do other than continue praying like many others. God is Good!!! :P

sybil2008, i am sure that she wanted him to continue the campaign after see her. I can tell that she is very willful spirit. Obama's sister Maya take care of her.

He credits his grandmother as being the backbone...yes, that's why he left the campaign to see her. I imagine since she was the backbone... I'm sure she gave him one and he wants to do her proud and become the President of the United States. I'm positive she wouldn't want him to sit by her bedside for the next nine days so McCain could cut into his lead. The fact that he went to see her so close to election says alot about Barack and his family values....don't hate.

I am perplexed by something here. Now that his lordship has done his bit, i,e take some of his precious time to say goodbye, will the old lady be left to die alone? Why isn't michelle and the girls by her bedside ? He credits this woman with giving him his backbone, so where is her loving family when she needs them?
