@zamamattiolo That is purpose and it's called mirror explanation. Maybe even you can find out why ;-)

he makes that exercise look easy! So not as easy as that might look!!!!

its not dangerous but if you are a protracted dispropotionate weight lugger, or an over weight or elderly person, you would need to work up to it.
it goes with out saying use a mat, etc
whats so dangerous about it?

It looks like a very advanced excercise when the body has enough strengh to resist the extension, even it looks dangerous
