Switched from iOS and I gotta tell you I have never felt so free in my life, its like iOS is North Korea and I just landed on the US.

Yes, they had it illegal but now it isn't they are actually implementing these things to! But have you relized something? They might have it earlyer but apple PERFECTS it thats the thing, I'd rather have a finished item than a beta. Also have you relized something? Everyone is tring to make ways of Adroid faster by, turning off all those features it has, well when I jailbreak I get more performance than a brandnew androidto myoldiPhone 4. No. Lol you must be new to iPhones unlike now before when the first iPhone came out it was just a phone with web and Youtube then when people started jailbreaking it and making apps for it is when the phone shot up threw the roof and then Apple wanted to make it illegal to jailbreak it. That shows how locking down a phone kills innovation on it. Now look how iOS just updates to get all the stuff that Android phones have had for year or so prior.

That makes no sense, I can still do alot of things on my iPhone without needing to jailbreak already, every update gives more freedom. Also I can still do more on it than a Android, I can literally get ,New lockscreens, new ways to increase my interface, Like widgets, 5 icon dock, barrel which changes animatitions while swiping the screen and more! And even with my iphone 4 with over 40 bi tweaks make my iPhone 4 more fluid than any 4.0 dual core out there

Implying rooting is necessary for most things. I don't have to root to change my keyboard, my UI, my music player, none of that. iOS is a real refined OS but they should thank the people who jailbroke it to enable apps on it otherwise we would still have iPhones with no apps.
