Hey my friend I just woke up to this light food (which I like to call it) and I am 54 years old and never heard of all this but WOW I get it. Feed light with light rocks my world on it's axis. GO RAW!!!!!!!!

totally agree with you...I feel exactly the same too...now whenever I put cooked food or seeing others putting cooked food into their mouth I feel like putting garbage into our
rubbish bin since I realize it doesn't give us
the right kind of energy and ruin our emotions.
