Family court is harrasment centre for husband. they treat husband like animal. Not a single mother demand in court that there child is asking father so please call father they want to meet him. every time Father is fighting and gviing application for meeting there Baby.(Pieces of hearts)

Do you imagine You need to Give application for meeting own child and (judge will decide) wheather father can meet to there baby or not.. As if Judges had given Birth to them. F C made us Childless Fatherless

Father is needed for child development This Things court had forget. They treat father as a only money earning Machine.Even Father Cut Head and Put in front of the judges , Hearts of the judges will not melt. while granting maintenance they seem to be so haapy . Judges Feel themselves like Robinhood, Even husband lost there job under 498a criminal case. Court will say sell your blood or skin but Give money,they send husband in jail for same. while Giving custody they hind behind wife wish

But in India, Govt is framing policies to break families and keep fathers away from kids. Learn from the mistakes of USA!!!

It is a child abuse to deprive him/her from the love of either parents. Oftentimes judiciary talks about the interest of child but gives the custody to mother. This single parenting severly affects the child growth impact his/her personality. For the interest of a better socoiety and human rights shared parenting is the only way.
