in my mind ; the reason why in this video there no sausage it's because it's not a simple ramen noodle but a Ramen Soupe Complet With Spice and Meat ! I know it's desydrate meat but ... if it's simple ramen noodle ; hw will put sausage and salade in the soupe ! i hope I respond to your question ! :D

where's the sausage he usually throws in? why some bowls of noodles he's got a sausage in there while others he leaves it out.
