A few years ago I was made redundant for a company I’d been with for about 9months. The bosses had been really shitty about it, lying to the workforce about how they’d tried everything to keep the company afloat- while just selling it off to a competitor to fill their pockets.
With most people gone & everything in chaos, I altered the employee spreadsheet records to say I’d been working there for 23 years! Consequently, my severance was enough to pay my mortgage, pension & have 2 years off!

to the last poster. I got injured at work since 2 times from leaking equipment the 2nd time my lower, mid and upper back along with my left leg been giving me problems. I have worked all my life I am 29 and now I have lots of spinal problems all I been wanting is for these bastards totreat me fair at work while recovering. but no we have people like these watching us at home everytime whycant they come spy at us while we are working in pain and the bosses dont give a shit.

I Injured my back at work..and it aches I have Bulging Disk.and pinch nerve....and I'm out of work getting disability due to the type of work I do....so if I get caught picking up my 5pound pizza....then I commit fraud...fuken Investigator can suck my dick....Fagits Im not gona be home all day......cause My back hurts..makes me depressed just being home and make it worst thinking about my aches..Or If I get caught at the park walking around....I guess I commit fraud for walking...Fukerss

Wonder if injured workers can hire these folks to catch IME doctors fudging exam results and coming up with ridiculous opinions? HA. These are the kind of guys who conduct surveillance for 8 weeks and come up with 4 minutes of video footage of the claimant going to the store to get bread & milk, after which a shady IME doc decides based on the "damaging" footage that the claimant can return to work. If this happens to you, get a worker's comp attorney and fight it out...

As an injured worker this is the the most fraudulent misrepresentative video I have ever watched!. WCBs u shud b ashamed; U KNOW thousands of us know YOU are the sooooo very often fraudulent party. How can you even put out these vids? The rights and lives of disabled workers mean nothing when your fat bottom line is at stake and u do what it takes to protect that. Painting DWs as frauds is just more of your strategy. We have so much more evidence on u..but cant get into a court with it!

Are you a doctor? Did you see any job description and compared that to video tape of the alleged fraudulent injured worker? Was there an independent party to confirm the denial, or uphold the physicians opinion based on sound science and medical evidence? WCB's commit fraud 10,000 times more than someone claiming to be injured and unable to perform their job duties. Only WCB's fraud is the direct cause of the pain and suffering, loss of all property and savings,and eventual death by suicide .

Marchant2 you are an idiot. please check into your local hospital and get a brain transplant. For your information we ARE OWED SOMETHING. It has already been paid for in the form of insurance premiums. Unfortunately the money is being rerouted to bonuses for WCB employees and corporate rebates. The only whiners I see are insurance agents afraid they wil not get a bonus if they approve a legitimate claim. Bottom line is wage loss and medical care for injuries was negotiated, bought, and paid for.

If someone is lying, and cheating the system with a faked injury, charge them, to the fullest extent of the law. BUT, don't treat every injured individual as a lying, cheating scum-bag. To WCB, every claim is assumed to be fraudulent, and forced to prove other wise. They pay professionals to evaluate the injuries, and then pay no attention to the findings, unless, they say what they want them to--that you have another lying worker on your hands.
