  • i also agree with wyne i dont think its physically possible for someone to use a cell phone that much in 1 month doing anything to rack up that high of a bill

  • It was my understanding from the only article that had any information on the interwebz at all... is that she had a plan, with no data... and was using data... and apparently alot of it

  • ok now that weve gotten that out of the way, several things have popped into my mind first and foremost that is an outrageous bill and there is no way she should have paid it without legal counsel first, second dont you think that the phone company should assume some responsibility in letting her know that the phone bill was out of hand, I mean really 67000 like someone is just going to say oh yes absolutely let me write out a check and the third thing that comes to mind is... SECOND

  • you mean like... perhaps conact her once it hits a grand... or perhaps at the first sign of overage chanrges?

  • I have had experiences in the past where the phone company over charged me and the charges were dropped when they couldn't prove it. She should be aware of overages but damn..that is an outrageous bill.. It's like when parents discover their kids have been over texting.. It's kind of humerus to me..

  • i think verizon hates me because my bill is always $20 more then it should be and when i add up the calls i make plus my texting and all that fun stuff plus tax my bill is always $20 less then it should be and my bill and that extra $20 is from downloading stuff onto my phone that i never even downloaded and i have never even bought a new ring tone

  • I would agree with wagner59270 i would think that if the lady was on a fifty dollar a month plan that once her bill doubled the cell company would have called or sent one of those annoying texts to inform her about it. Secondly how does a guy get a gun into the pentagon, i mean i am licensed to carry my pistol and cant even take it into the library with out setting alarms off.

  • exactly it would seem that as I said some of the responsibility should fall on the shoulders of the phone company
