@flame8148 thank god! I REALLY hated him in Magaman SF2. Actually, no one in SF2 was likable. At least, that's my opinion. Good to know they improved him in the final installment. Actually, I got the third game and beat it a while ago. They give you a, thankfully, VERY brief cliffnote version about his retarded backround. And, as luck would have it, they never talked about it again.
