Laffoley's Odyssey

Laffoley's Odyssey is currently a work in progress, a short five minute film that documents Paul Laffoley. He's a 64 year old man who works in a small windowless room whre he creates intensely detailed paintings of futuristic engineering projects, diagrams of time machines an dportals to other dimensions. A self0imposed hermit who paints obsessively and who has far-fetched ideas can easliy be dismissed. Is he a modern day daVinchi, ahead of his time that he's misunderstood? if so, what if laffoley is never discovered?

And how will we go about harnessing this earthquakes? There is and there won't be this sort of technology not at least in the next 300... 400, hell even 1000 years, we don't have knowledge nor technological capacity.

Once you terraform, there would be no more dust storms. The roots of the plants would keep the soil on the ground. Earthquakes may be harnessed as kinetic energy, and turned in to electric energy the way some watches do. That is, if they don't kill you first.

my god, I have never been introduced to this artist/visionary, I am amazed, his work touches parts of my being never before stimulated. My new found respect for this man will be forever.
