Be careful...something sinister awaits around the corner...

Copyrights to Okami belong to former Clover, ReadyatDawn Studios (for Wii port), and ultimately Capcom.

  • I gotta admit that this music seems to fit the Spider Queen out of all other bosses. When I hear the pick being dragged across the strings, I can only think of her spindly legs walking along her web. *shiver* Magnificent music nonetheless.

  • DANG, I swear Okami has one of the most breathtaking game soundtracks I've ever heard... This theme, Mysterious Power, and Ominous Feelings are the most creepiest of them all though.. they give you that sudden uneasy feeling as if you're about to be killed from behind

  • Who else loves the amazing echo effect in this song? I swear, it sounds just like someone's placing this inside a massive temple hall or something.

  • Even though this was the easiest boss, this is the scariest one to me. Mostly because of her floating head in the sunken ship. -shudder-

  • I'm arachnophobic and when I saw the Spider Queen i'm pretty sure I fainted....

  • This track encompasses every J-horror that creeped me out in the past.

  • @RinoaDestiny Here here! =D

  • Good music but..

    Me: ...Not again.

=) My very first impression. It did a good job of sending my goosebumps prickling. Thank goodness I'm not arachnophobic.

  • @RinoaDestiny Oh good call! Very insightful, I like that. =D

I thought it fit her incredibly well, too but for a different reason. See, I constantly knew her as the Geisha Spider, so the shamisen or koto strings really seemed to suit her (because geisha have to be proficient in one or both instruments). Somehow, it made her all the more sinister.
