At the risk of sounding stupid, I want to ask.
I know its supposed to show that it has relaxing effect and theres some difference but how do I know which one is relaxing and which one is not? I want to actually understand what this means, I havent learned anything about any of this and I cant really understand the difference, just see 2 different papers of wavy lines. The waves just looked more chaotic to me after the music.

It is not a stupid question. However to answer that , advance technical knowledge would be required. EEG technician has knowledge and can measure the brainwaves by looking at the wavy lines on these papers. Each brainwave has its own frequency and is shown on that special paper in different way. It is said in EEG world that such lines like you can see on the picture are beta or alpha waves or theta etc.
