BMW driver pulls out in front of me causing me to brake - Croydon flyover

I posted this video before but the driver reported it for breach of privacy as the car's registration details (number plate) were visible and listed so I've re-posted without those details and with the number plate blurred out.

Roads are payed for by localised tax, yes we all pay for them. The 'road tax' you're referring to is called Vehicle Excise Duty and the amount you pay is based on the emissions of your vehicle.

@liberalinthedesertaz i could take video evidence of the car's vin number if i wanted to and post it online as long as the car was in a public area. not to mention every state is different. what may be illegal in your state is legal in mine.
