3-Star Michelin chef Jean-Michel Lorain of the acclaimed 'La Cote Saint Jacques' restaurant in Burgundy presents a wine dinner hosted by the Crown Macau, with wines from Bouchard Père et Fils, one of Burgundy's finest producers of grand cru and premier grand cru wines.
The event was held in conjunction with Wine & Gourmet Asia, 2008.
@WhiteButterfly87 they cut the camera right before he was droppin the taste spoon in what was most likely hot water. So you could be right , but also could be wrong.
