Rumored to be in the Mortal Kombat games for what seems like forever, Tattoo Assassins took the myth and ran with it...for better or worse. Here for your enjoyment, here are all the nudalities in the game!

This is like the worst MK clone ever, but I kinda wonder if that's what they were going for... a game that totally makes fun of MK and highlights how ridiculous it is.

@solitarylonewolf I'm with you there. Kinda like Target Terror was a exaggerated homage to the Area 51s and Maximum Forces of the day. Not to say it doesn't play awful though.

@fszron I know that. Data East Corporation in Japan actually went bankrupt in July 2003. It is a damn shame really, they were a great company.

Data East had 2 USA Offices- Their first office was in San Jose, CA, and they mostly dealt with the sale and distribution of arcade video games using the various DECO hardware made by the Japanese.

The 2nd office was the Pinball Division in Melrose Park, IL, and they mostly manufactured Pinball tables, along with the hardware for the tables.

The Japanese division folded in 2004 with the sale of the company.

@fszron 8 months!? Just to create a new game? My God, no wonder why this game sucked. It is true, dude. Their Pinball division in Melrose Park, IL made this game themselves.

Well the original company in Japan, Data East Corporation made the better games.

@solitarylonewolf Yes it is, but the truth is that Data East Corporation of Japan DID NOT do this game- Data East Pinball (the company that made the Pinball games for Data East) created the game, and they did not have very much experience in making actual arcade hardware and good games while Data East Corporation in Japan did. That is what makes the game bad in my eyes.

It must compare, otherwise the whole series wouldn't be regarded as one of the greatest of all time, WAY above all 10000 of the KOF games, which are just like the same game, over and over again, with a couple new characters and a new stage. It might not LOOK or feel as good, but its DEFINITELY in the same league, but dont take MY word for it. KOF might have the highest detail 2D sprites (oh wait, no, thats Daraku Tenshi & SF3), nah KOF is just a great, but tired 2D fighter.

If only this wasn't such a shite game, it could've worked! I played it on mame for about 3 minutes, and that was enough for me.
