A very long time ago, there was a bug, if you teleported to edge some ppl by mistake teleported inside the bank instead. This bug was removed after about 2hrs -.-

i was in that one part of ugg cant remember bank name but the bank wif locked gate at top of it and tons of stuff behind it. and there was update i got stuck behind there opened the chests and idk why but there was zamorak gs and a party hat??? has that happend to anyone else if so tell me cuse i wanna see if it was a 1 of a kind glitch or what
