Hi nice video just started using the kettlebell in the gym after a friend kept on at me to try them

One question are we best to it 5 reps each step until your body is able to handle doing it in one go? or best to stick to the 5 steps the whole time?. Also video is very informative and could easily see how this could end in a injury

    Thanks

This is one of those exercises I've never tried, despite having been into KB's for a few years now. It's about time I did, and this is a very good how-to. Thanks!

I have one question, how do you recommend switching sides? I have seen and been taught both rolling with swinging around the head, and passing it across the chest. Any preference?

I always used this as a review, The get up is usually most technical movement I do. It's important for me to do it right since I always use it as 10 minute warm up routine. Wonderful effect man

This was a great explanation video. I feel like a weak bitch for asking but what am I doing wrong if I can't lift it up without using my elbow to get up, like you advised to not do? I am trying to drive some power from my bent leg, but I still can't do it.
