This is the global announcement by Julie Tupler, RN. The purpose to bring an awareness to the condition diastasis recti, Many people have this condition and just don't know it. They wonder why they have a protruding belly that won't go away with exercise. Learning how to check for a diastasis is the first step in closing a diastasis recti and getting a "better belly."
