    I also thought it was bird. But during the period donna lee came out it is logical to think that parker assumed the authors rights since he was the Leader of the band (in almost every aspect). Miles Davis's biography also supports what iam saying (the one by Ian Carr)

    Why wouldn't you believe that Miles wrote it?It is the truth that Miles did write it. The band was Charlie Parker's but Miles is the one who wrote it.
