Sorry there have been no updates, I've been travelling a lot and my shoulders still weren't ready for the level of training I was expecting to do. They are getting more secure and stronger by the week and I will now start recording again and putting out videos.

  • make sure you keep that hollow body position on the leans :D

  • @SarahtheSniper Will do!

  • you need to learn tuck/advanced tuck/tuck pushups/pseudo pushups/regular pushups/ all shoulder and back trainings, otherwise you wont get far buddy..

  • @beratio Can't even hold a tuck planche yet, my shoulders hurt so bad! I've been referred to a shoulder specialist again so will see WTF is wrong with them. Cheers for the info man!

  • @RoadToPlanche hey man u cannot do planche training more than 2 times per week. Planche training put alot of stress of your connective tissue, and connective tissue takes longer to heal than muscles do. I could probably guess where it's killing you, if you start at the chest, move right, just after the chest but before the delts. If that is the part that is sore, STOP IMMEDIATELY! Give yourself 2-4 weeks of rest depending on the level of soreness, and make sure to ice. Master the handstand first

  • @subatomicparticlephy Yes pretty much there. Think its the CV joint? At the moment I'm doing no planche training except maybe a lean once or twice a week. Have another physio appointment in 2 weeks so waiting to see what's said there. Cheers for the info though man, appreciate it.
