That "Lectric Shave!" jingle scared me as a kid--
but then again so did the opening theme to the Parry Mason show.

This was first seen around 1967, and usually shown during "THE LAWRENCE WELK SHOW" and "TED MACK'S ORIGINAL AMATEUR HOUR", both sponsored by the J.B. Williams Co. [Aqua Velva, Geritol and Sominex were among their other best-known products].
