If the video doesn’t have such a scene, Japan doesn’t have any reason to stop opening the video. Why the Chinese government has demanded not open the video to the Japanese government?

(Part1)Japan should open the video which was recorded all of collision scene and investigation. After the collision, the Japanese coast guard (JCG) ship succeeded to stop the Chinese ship finally for investigation. When the JCG members tried to board the Chinese ship, a member was kicked and fall down to the sea by a Chinese man. After that, many Chinese men planted a harpoon in him, so the JCG member was killed by them.

The PRC used to recognize the Senkaku Islands as Japanese territory, but it started claiming that these islands are theirs, from right after the oil was found in that area.
