how to get buff ? Here is a quick 5 minute routine you can do with just one weight (I used a 25 pound dumbbell), bicep concentration curls, tricep extenders, french press, over head shoulder press and hammer curls. Great exercise to tone muscle efficiently.

  • Sweet, my friend and I literally started working out together today. We're planning to workout at least 5 days a week. We have a workout room in our neighborhood and I plan to use some of these exercises.
