this music gets down inside your soul and slaps you and kisses you, holds you and presses you against a wall until you are helpless and must surrender to it.
-
That's because the composers are the same.

I have known Kilar's music for many years as I used to study in the city where he lived, Katowice in Poland and lived only few miles away and I always loved it. He wrote scores to many Polish films but my favorite is music from film "Tredowata" (The Leper), a film from 1876, it just melts my heart and soul. He is an amazing composer of film music as well as piano and symphonic music.

the music is of the original score of "Portrait of Lady" (a film of Jane Campion) composed by Wojciech Kilar. The track is "Phantasms of Love".
