  • I like this very much, thanks for sharing! But my knowledge about Chinese traditional exercise working # go like 3,9 count ("三,九数). So, I kind expect that at least 3 times each movement. Didn't mean to pick, just want to share this info. (3 for beginger and old people, 9 for stronger people; also you may double or triple times your movements, if you are strong enough. (The eight times repeat is modern western counts)

  • hello

  • 8 is a powerful number... it represents infinity!

it is very important to do each of these exercises 8 times for advanced practioners!

  • Age old question : What is the song playing?

  • ben fatto!

  • Excellent perfomance

  • Nicely done! My own influence from doing Baguazhang for so many years is an 8 count. :)

  • Bravo!!

  • Thank you. You are right about the BaKua八卦. Than this will be 1,2,4,8,16 ... 1太极,2两仪,4四象 ,8八卦 ....

I didn't think so many connection with the practice. Thank you again! You open my mind.

  • כדאי לקרב ולהרים מעט את המצלמה [פחות ריצפה]
