Haha. I don't think that an olympic front squat of 425 makes my knees "feeble." I can't do it anymore, but I might be able to when I get back into lifting. Still, my knees feel stronger than I was when I was younger.
Also many kids these days aren't flexible enough to be applying that weight in that motion. Probably because the evolving lazy lifestyle.
