@johnnyb34435 you are not "right" by any means... your stupidy is merely protected by our countries willingness to overlook the antics of simple minded fools like you to ensure we don't infringe on valid differences of opinion, by the way when'n your cort date for detroying that court house metal detector, chubby?

@SuperGetitgotitgood hahahhahahha i am allway's RIGHT GET USE TO IT.

@Ba1100nKnoT Unfortunately he can get away with it. The US code on people wearing uniforms was pretty much overthrown by the supreme Court Decision stating that a uniform can be worn when doing a theatrical performance or skit and it can portray the military in a bad light. If not commiting a crime he can say he was doing a "skit". If hes stupid enough to wear certain medals though they can Hammer him on the stolen valor act, which has not been challenged by higher courts.

The fat douche is just an attention whore. I'm betting he didn't have the balls to put on a uniform and go to a bar, anyone with two brain cells could tell the shit head never served a day, the high light of his life is parking his fat ass in front of his computer and running his cake-hole and making up shit about how he did this and that. he is just a lonely mentally ill person who tries to get a rise out of his betters on the internet, if he did it in public he'd get his face kicked in.

Good on you drawing attention to this. We at 4chan are revving up the Internet Hate Machine. He is going to jail...if he's lucky. Not a threat, let me be clear, but a lot of people are very very angry on the internet, including vets.

For the unconstitutional argument, it's in title 10 of USC, section 771. It is most definitely illegal, and that guy should be in booty lovin prison with big bubba
