Ugh this took a lot of records. Basically if you have someone over level 30 at this point and choose the third choice, you can get a little scene with them. If you have no one over level 30 and choose this option, you speak with Fly instead.

Anyway a lot of these deal with what Kaito plans to do after it's all over.
Quite a few characters note that Kaito seems rather in a hurry to throw himself into attacking with no regards to the future.
So they tell him to think about what he wants to do in the future.
Laika asks Kaito to train to become a full variant so they can work together.
