Speech is worth it in THIS game, but wasn't in Fallout 3, thanks to the reload trick, but they fixed it for this.

I prefer it this way, makes speech actually important and is MUCH more balanced.

@TheHardAlways well someone reccommended uninstalling it, and clearing game cache, i havent played long enough to now if it worked but hope it does, ill get back to you..

@Lemonman1313 it's not a reminder, it says you take a sip of the canteen, it's automatic.
