It teleports around one room, and that corridor with the end of the level.
once i was just about to hit the switch, then BAM behind me and blows my face off.
(dont worry, there is an invulnerability orb close by)

This level is hell on ultra violence for me, lost all my ammo trying to kill all the monsters.
