Ruide DNA was low. Forensics had a choice between testing the source (skin, blood, body fluids etc) OR testing whose DNA it was. The chose the latter for obvious reasons. There was not enough to do both since the knife was scratched clean.

Meredith's room would have been filled with dozens of bloody footprints, handprints and DNA of three people, not one, if the prosecutor's theory is true. Moreover, it would have been impossible to remove all traces of evidence of Amanda and Raffaele while leaving all evidence of Rudy intact. Mignini framed them.

The Italian prosecutor in this case declared "case closed" before they even had any of the DNA evidence or forensics back linking the burglar Rudy Guede to the crime. He had already fled to Germany. Instead of dropping the case against Knox and boyfriend, the just switched Guede into the scene. Magical evidence started showing up! A bra clasp over a month later! A knife picked out of Sollecito's kitchen drawer! This is a frame up by the posecutor to save face from day one.

This is so wrong, all because that idiot Italian prosecutor refuses to state that he was wrong. Media smears, lies, no physical evidence, no motive, no proof. The funny thing is that people say Amanda is guilty without knowing the FACTS of the case. They can't tell me the facts because they have not done extensive research. They are merely stating subjective opinion. Pathetic. Anyone that believes in justice knows that Amanda Knox is clearly innocent.

Of course her DNA was on the knife! it was a fucking kitchen knife! every kitchen knife that you have ever used has a little of your DNA on it!! There was no blood on the knife and this was a knife that was picked randomly at the boyfriends house. it wasn't even proven to be the murder weapon. you are an idiot if you believe that she is the murderer.
