@savy15012 Thanks for watching and commenting. I'm not sure at what point you are referring. Do you mean at the end of one row and beginning the next? The only row you will have a "chain" is the first row. After that you will have all single crochets. Hugs Eva

Umm after you do the part where you single crochet three times on each chain do you then start again from the first chain or do you stay on the third chain? And also great video I got the written format on how to do this and I was completly lost. XD

@VickyVue You will get the same ruffle effect, yes. I find some of the Red Heart "stiffer" than others. If you find the yarn stiff, just go to a larger size hook. It will make the stitches larger and give it more "air". Would love to see a pic when you're done! Hugs Eva (there is another video on ruffle scarves where I take it another row or two - really cute)
