I'm from Saudi Arabia and I can tell we don't cook it for 7 days. it's about 10-15mins with a small cup, so that it doesn't get cold

I'm a big arabic coffee fan but this is the first time i hear that they cook it for 7 says.. maybe it's an old tradition. Or maybe they leave the pot on fire 24/7 & adding water & coffee whenever the water level becomes low.

No not strong as overcooked caffeine gets weaker very quickly.

it turns to fkn tar. just brew by quick hot infusion for the best damn flavor aroma and potency. overcooking anything sucks out the good stuff.

undoubtly it's very strong ..but in general it take 15 mins to make!but sometimse as you said it's prefered to prolong the period of preparation to make it much stronger..
