Hey Pete,

You do great work and have a lot of skills you can pass on to other people, but you really need to work on your people skills. I know you need to get things done, but no one wants to be around you if they are going to be abused all day. I know you CARE about the people around you, so thats not the problem. If you added more personality tools to the tool box above your shoulders, you might find that decent side of yourself that will let your attitude reflect the beautiful work you do.

i agree with pete, when you have losers working for you, and the customer of cars like the ones he works on are paying alot of money to have it done right, you don't have time for mistakes. what he needs to do is get rid of the dipshit and hire a professional. im sure he could still make his video's without jeff.

Yeah think so??? When the customer is paying 50.00 to 60.00 pr hr to have it done, time is NOT on our side... Mistakes can't be made. Moanin and GRONIN at my shop,,, Is the only way it gets DONE.....And the people you do this kind of work for,, want it done FAST--If you get my meaning..But I understand what your saying...
