@Ril74 It was a joke between sturgeon and the old leftover crack drummer (brandon possible) that passed away. At the time they came out with joke Leftover Crack was a bug deal and A LOT of dumb groupie and mall girls were all over their nuts. Hence the name start fucking hipsters. Poking fun at the girls that had sex with them because the girls thought "leftover crack" were famouseand stars. Just listen to the music.Band names are secondary to the amazing music.

Ok so it's a good song and a good band, but I still have no idea what the name means. Star fucking hipsters = stars fucking over hipsters and/or fucking stars who are hipsters. That's my assumptions anyway, other then that I really have no idea what the name means or why stza chose to call his current band that. He seemed more like a crusty than a hipster to me, but maybe there's some overlap I don't know about. Feel free to enlighten me.
