Paying homage and biting are 2 diff things. He didn't have to point it out because he used OBVIOUS lines/schemes from popular songs. Everyone knew what he was referencing. Not like he was trying to use rhymes from underground songs no one knew about and pass them off as his own. Just paying tribute to fellow Brooklyn Legend and Snoop.
Rappers do this ALL THE TIME. What's the problem?
