It was OK - tempo was fairly uneven - started rushing a bit close to end of 1st minute then halting it - piece lost a bit of it singing quality. If I understand correctly it supposed to lullaby and should be played with some simplicity.

Well, actually, it is a Catalan Christmas song, as many times happen with traditional carols, it sounds a lot like lullabies and actually, my mom used to sing it to me as such. But the lyrics aren't that much about Jesus going to sleep, but they talk, from a sheepherd's point of view, what would be a suitable present for the baby.
