Where the Wild Things Are title sequences, completed for a time based typography project in Spring 2008. Not used in the film obviously, but still fun to make. Still rough, will primp over Summer 08

it was done entirely in after effects and photoshop. there isn't a whole lot of advanced stuff going on here, just drew the shapes out in photoshop and applied a paper texture to them in after effects, from there it's a matter of simple position animation.

I think its quite good, Arcade Fires wake up ties in quite nicely to the title sequence.. especially the version of the where the wild things movie trailer.. try it
