BSI: Breda Corish - Top Tips on Adhering to Data Protection Act

In this video, Breda Corish, Head of Market Development for the ICT and Electronics sectors at BSI says that many SMEs are unwittingly breaching the Data Protection Act, with almost one in 10 saying they've probably breached it on several occasions and many more unsure whether they might have breached the Act or not. Breda explains how companies are breaching the Act and reveals that BSI has just launched the definitive British Standard (BS 10012) which enables companies to put in place a framework for maintaining and improving their compliance with data protection regulations.
