This video shows a rehearsal of my new song „Levitation" for the upcoming shows at the Ambient Festival in Innsbruck on the 6th and 7th of November 2010.
I´m using Mainstage and the Mobius looper.

  • Awesome on so many levels... including actually getting the mobius looper to function correctly. :) Could you share that Mainstage file? Please?

Curious what tuning you have on the bass here in this video. Standard tuning, or an alternate tuning? I'm asking because I see the Stick in the background...

wondering if you're using an alternate tuning for the bass itself.

I used to own a Stick myself and the different tunings changes the way you think about playing.

  • @lionscub68 thanks a lot!

yes, I can share the mainstage file. but the most important part are the mobius scripts I´m using.

    the bass is tuned F D F C F with a capo on the 7th fret.

exactly. the alternate tunings are great to find new ideas!

  • I don't always comment on YouTube videos, but when I do, it's because it was fucking awesome.

  • @Milo9 thank you!!

  • I'm a touring artist right now. I play an acoustic guitar going through some delay pedals and a pre-amp. I also use my own mic for my shows. The thing is, I've been wanting to go into digital interfacing with the Apogee Duet 2 digital interface and run it through mainstage 2 much like yourself.

    Here are my questions:

1.) Will digital interfacing sound very different than plugging straight in to the PA?

2.) Is there an output on the Duet 2 to the PA?

  • @Ezerlance you find the answer on your channel.
